These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BodyWise Solutions website and your engagement with our clinical services. By visiting this website or making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be made via our online booking platform (Square Appointments), by phone, or by text message. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us or via the booking platform.

• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session at the full scheduled rate.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another client.

3. Cancellations

We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement for prepayment on future bookings. We will communicate this directly if it becomes necessary.

4. Health Disclosure

Your health and safety are our priority. To provide you with appropriate care, we need accurate and complete information about your health history, current medications, and any relevant conditions.

• You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or contraindications relevant to your treatment before your session begins.
• If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, bleeding disorder, or other serious medical condition, please advise us when booking.
• Our practitioners may decline to treat or modify a treatment if they believe it is not safe or appropriate for your current condition.
• Treatment at BodyWise Solutions does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have an acute or serious health concern, please consult a medical practitioner.

5. Fees & Payment

Current pricing is displayed on our Services and practitioner pages. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash and credit/debit card.
• Private health fund rebates may be claimable for acupuncture, depending on your level of cover. It is your responsibility to confirm your entitlements with your fund before treatment.
• We do not accept Medicare for acupuncture or massage services.

6. WorkCover & Third Party Claims

We accept WorkCover Queensland and may treat clients under approved third-party claims. Please advise us at the time of booking if your treatment is to be claimed under WorkCover (WorkCover Qld Provider No. P0007479784). Relevant paperwork must be provided in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, we do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

We are not liable for the content or practices of any third-party websites linked from this site, including online booking platforms and social media.
