Highly Skilled Massage Therapist lynneudell@gmail.comLynne brings together a broad range of skills based on her study and practice in Dance, Feldenkrais Technique, Ortho-Bionomy, Flinchlock Release Therapy and Myofascial Release.
She has taught dance in Contact Improvisation and Nia, trained as a Flinchlock Release Therapist, and trained as a birth educator with the Birthingbetter community in New Zealand.
She has discovered that the body can release itself from pain and restriction via the client’s awareness and breath combined with her focus and willingness to dive deep into the discovery of unconscious limiting holding patterns. These patterns present in the soft tissue fascia and muscle, bone, red and white fluids, nervous system, psyche and sensory pathways just beyond the skin. Lynne has trained to understand all these levels and their interplay.
